Tips for a JOB INTERVIEW

I have just read an article wich gives advice about how to answer questions in job interviews!
Here there are:

-Before the interview prepare a writing that describes your ideal job. Include a HEADLINE and several ADJECTIVES describing the company, the job and yourself.

-If you were fired in your last job, don´t say it!! Just say that you have learnt a lot about X and now you want to learn about Y.

-Explain how your skills, personality and goals are suited to this job.

-WEAKNESSES!! Interviewers are sick of hearing the typical answer about vague faults that could also be a virtue. Be honest about faults but emphasise what you´ve done to deal with them.

-A time you failed...The best answer: " I fell off my horse. I learned what I´d done wrong. I got back up and rode better".

I am from Murcia, Spain. I am a highly-motivated graduate in Marketing and Public Relations with experience in the sector. I am interested in working in the advertising area. I had a Degree in Business and Administration and another in Marketing and Public relations in the University of Murcia, Spain.

-May 2005: Creativity course in Iniciativas de empresa Academy, Murcia, Spain.


My work experience:

-March 2008-July 2008: Editor and publisher in communication department. Publications service of Murcia University . Murcia (Spain)
My responsibilities include:

• Publicizing new books and publications.
  
• Updating and maintaing the web department.
• Organising new events and presentation novelties.

-June 2007-October 2007: Creative publisher. P y P Comunicaciones, Advertising agency. Murcia ( Spain)
My responsibilities included:

• Searching marketing needs.
• Designing new proyects with a multidisciplinar team
